::Took a long time to get checked in. One guy at the counter checking ppl in and answering phone calls. Another guy in the back I guess was on his lunch break?... You would think they could time it better.

::Rented a vehicle after a car accident. The vehicle had four wheels but I was surprised how dirty and stained the interior was (2017 Accent). After 6 days I called and asked if I could renew for a week at a cheaper rate and a different vehicle. The response was rude and "no you can have the car you have now for another week at the same rate." Took my business to Enterprise for an amazing vehicle at a lower price for two more weeks. Note: Michael is NOT the rude dude.

::They gave me one price and then charged me multiple times what they said it would cost when I returned the car. I was robed by hertz. I don't know if this is a regular thing with all hertz or just some locations but I would not trust hertz.

::This place is a total sham. The customer service we received was completely unprofessional. We booked our rental from a Thursday afternoon to a Friday night when we arrived in Denver. The customer service representative told us that nobody would be around over the weekend and as long as we brought the car back by Monday morning we would be fine. He encouraged us to just write the date we had scheduled to return our car on our invoice when we brought it back. We thought this seemed a little strange, but ended up bringing the car back first thing on Sunday morning. When we received our bill, it was much higher than our invoice. We called the manager to find out why our bill was so high. We were charged for the extra day. Despite trying to explain the situation, we were basically called liars and now are stuck with a bill much higher than anticipated. Don't go here.
