::Dangerous tires with no tread.... They tried to rent me a car with illegally low tire tread. Then I asked for a different car and they showed me a car with tires that were practically bald! I turned down both cars so I was left completely in the air....... I will always use Enterprise from now on! I was able to get transportation down the Street, luckily, and Enterprise rented me a car in fantastic condition with great tire tread and a nice price> BEWARE AVIS on Quebec st.!!

::Sad part is I'm not renting from them, and my vacation doesn't start till Sept.... I am actually going to be staying in the hotel which this place is located, and I DID want to rent from them, for some reason they couldn't help when it comes to rental times. Let me explain: I want to rent a car from them from 8am (because of scheduling on my trip) on Saturday, and return it the next day. However they are not open till 9am on Sunday, which is ok, except that for that extra hour they are going to charge me for another day. If I was to do 9am to 9am it would be half the price... I called both the Avis location and 800 #. Neither one was able to help me, saying the computer won't let me.... And then the 800 # had the audacity to suggest returning it to another location..... So as for me I took my business to Enterprise mile down the road for $10s cheaper if I would have done the 9-9...

::Saved a lot compared to a rental at the airport! Quick Lyft ride away (about $30) to save a bunch on the rental. Selection was pretty good, and the customer service agent was friendly.
