  Excellent customer service!! Shanaan goes out of his way to ensure customers get top notch customer service. I have had a good experience at all of the Hertz’s locations I have picked up from but the Highway 31 Hoover location is my favorite.

  Let me just start by saying outstanding!! I travel a lot for my job, both internationally and domestic. I must say that Hertz has in the past and continues to go above and beyond, when it comes to rental car service.

  I got the full sized SUV I needed at an affordable price. I was able to use the Express kiosk as a Gold Member. I was in and out less in less than 20 mins when I picked up and when I dropped the rental off. I got an email of the receipt and all pertinent information
