  This Hertz is open on Saturday longer than most other car rentals (about 2pm) . I had to make a very last-minute booking and the associate, Katie, waited for me to get there beyond opening hours and I got the car I needed. On that beautiful Saturday afternoon, she could have said "sorry, we're closed" and gone out to enjoy the day. She was incredibly helpful and went beyond her work hours to help me out.
