  I am disabled and I always get maximum help and courtesy from Avis. It is so important to me. Other rental companies do not treat me as well as Avis.

  AVIS is conveniently based at HPN (White Plains, Westchester County Airport), an excellent easy-to-get-to location where the process of renting vehicles is fast, easy, and without hassle. At the counter, wait times are relatively short if a renter reserves a car online before pickup. There's always a mixed selection of new, reasonably priced, clean-n-comfortable autos. I'll return to rent a car again!

  Amazed at reading some of these reviews. First off, the rental car RETURN IS NOT CLEARLY MARKED WHEN YOU ACTUALLY TURN IN. THEN WHEN YOU ENTER THE GENERAL AREA THERE IS NO SIGNAGE THAT POINTS TO ANY CAR RETURN EXCEPT HERTZ. SO YOUR SITTING THERE WONDERING WHERE TO RETURN A NON HERTZ CAR. THEN WHEN YOU ENTER THERE IS NO ONE THERE FOR AVIS AND THE SIGNAGE IS HAND WRITTEN AS TO WHERE TO RETURN CAR. ALSO FYI THIS IS NOT A COVERED RENTAL CAR PICKUP OR RETURN LIKE 99% OF ALL AIRPORT LOCATION. SO IF THE WEATHER IS RAINY YOU ARE SOL

  Friendly and courteous staff, easy pick up and drop off, great selection of vehicles. Our car was a brand new Sonata and was a true pleasure to drive. This was the best and easiest car rental experience we've ever had. Definitely using Avis from now on.

  We picked up here (verses the city) for a better car for half the price. The counter is at the farthest end of the airport but it is so small that walking to find it was easy. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Very helpful. I pick Avis because of the easy pick up and drop off, the clean cars and consistency of high quality service.
