  I highly recommend Heritage Floors. My husband and I had 11 estimates over the course of 6 months and every company had a different price and a different opinion as to what type of floor we should put down on our 1st floor. I saw a recommendation for Heritage on Facebook and called. Howie and Jim are great. The instant they came, reviewed the space and shared their knowledge and expertise with us as to what they thought would work best in the space we knew they were the right company to work with. My new hardwood floor is absolutely beautiful! They completed the work timely, were very neat/clean throughout the process, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I have received nothing but compliments and I will only use this company for installation/sanding of hardwood floors in the future!

  They did an excellent job. They explained the entire process before they did the work and it was exactly as they described the floors look new and they worked so clean. I highly recommend Heritage.
