  This contractor unfairly charged us for services rendered. They then refused to return any of our phone calls questioning the bill, thus leaving us unable to settle the matter. They then turned our bill over to collections in an attempt to mar our credit rating. When we contacted the Better Business Bureau to receive some satisfaction, they outrightly lied about their handling of the matter and cast disparaging and untruthful remarks about my wife. This company has extremely poor business practices and the owner/contractor is of the lowest caliber of character. DO NOT USE THE DUKE OF POOLS!
