  These guys know carpet and rugs and have been in the business a long time. Staff is extremely knowledgable, unlike some of the big box stores we tried where the guy who works in paint and plumbing was also working rugs and had to read the brochure to tell us anything about the quality. When we asked a big box employee, "what's the difference in the quality" were told, "well this one is more expensive so it's better." You don't get that at Heritage. They know the difference. They do one thing and they do it well. Great customer service, high quality rugs/carpet and competitive pricing (yes, even with the big box stores). We shopped around an entire weekend and could have saved ourselves the time and legwork if we'd just gone here first. Mark (30 years experience) showed us a large variety of quality carpet in our price range and worked to find something that fit our needs, style and budget - all without compromising quality. The expert installation was a breeze and hassle-free and done right. My only regret is not going here first. Do yourself a favor, just drive here and be done with it. Highly recommend.

  I am a return customer to Heritage Carpet. They do a great job in working with you to meet your needs. This time, having looked at the available remnants and founds something I liked in the wrong size, the manager worked with me to get the piece in the right dimensions. The salespeople - specifically Kurt, was helpful and informative. This is the third purchase and I have been really happy with each one.

  Wow this place is amazing. Its like walking into a family members home who happens to sell you carpet. Can't ask for anything better. Keep up the great work all of you. Thanks again I love my new carpet.
