  BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! This company manufactured our kitchen cabinetry for Direct Buy in Cool Springs in 2010 under the name Hermitage Kitchen Center. Another name they have used is Vintage Cabinetry LLC. We were forced to rebuild after a tornado destroyed our home. Within months of moving in after construction we noticed small chips in the cabinet paint and were given touch up paint. Touching up the chips became a weekly event. This past fall the PAINT BEGAN TO LITERALLY POP OFF the surface of the cabinets and crackle in many other areas. After several failed pleas and attempts to get someone, anyone to come assess the paint issues with our $10K+ worth of kitchen cabinets, they refuse to come look at the problem!!! I have emailed photos of the EXTENSIVE issue and the only answer we were given was that we could disassemble our cabinetry, bring it to their location and pay to have them re-painted for an undisclosed fee. If you want cabinets whose paint will last LESS than 5 years, this is your place. I wish I could include photos of the mess we have here so that no other family finds themselves in our situation!!!
