  this business is right down the street from where i work. The staff at Capitol City have been wonderful in helping us when we are looking for those "hard to find" screws, nuts, bolts. highly recommend!

  Appreciate Dewayne on all his help. Couldn't find the specialty screws I needed anywhere in town but Dewayne took the time to help find what I needed here at Capital City.

  Terrible service. Called Kind of unfamiliar with what I'm looking for and the guy was unhelpful and really didn't care or ask any questions to further help with what I needed. Asked to speak to manager told him about it. He told me to bring my extrusion in and they will see if they can match up. Told him about the poor customer service earlier and he didn't care either. I won't be bringing my business here.

  Called trying to find a stud. Spoke to Tommy who was no help. The stud is metric and they don't carry anything metric. He seemed more interested in getting me off the phone that offering advice. He finally told me to find some hardened rod and thread it myself but didn't suggest who may carry the rod. I was trying to thank him and he hung up on me. Definitely won't be back. I'm giving 3 stars because before now they always were very helpful. It's too bad they have changed.

  Capital City are my go to guys, I'll give others a try to give them a fair shake. Funny thing is if the other guys are out of something they go to Capital City.
