::Couldn't get a letter from my fathers doctor stating his conditions so I could get permission from DMV to drive him to appointments. They made me wait over 4 days to then tell us they couldn't do it. Highly disappointed.

::called to reorder my prescription per Humana Pharmacy request , waited 20 minutes for some one to answer and the front desk transferred me to the nurse, she put me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back the front desk pick up the call, had to leave a message with her with my prescription information, almost one hour to request the refill, what I would call poor customer service.
