  Good quality furniture! I came in to havertys too get good customer service and was pleased! Sales man Ester told us want they have too offer and made us feel very welcomed like family, something you don't get from places these days! I very much appreciate the sevice!

  I bought a dining room set from Havertys in Sept 2016. 15 months later the glue that holds the chairs together started to disintegrate and turn to dust and the chairs came apart They were made in Vietnam. Havertys can't do anything because the chairs are out of the 1 year warranty. I had no idea I'd be needing to replace my seldom used dining room set so quickly. The furniture looks great but the build quality is very poor. If the right glue had been used this would have never happened. Very surprised at Havertys response. I thought they were better than this. BTW, they still sell the same table and chairs. Update 3/17/18. Went to the Hulan Havertys today to speak with the store manager. Did not go well. I asked that at least they give me store credit to buy something else. He refused to budge and gave the corporate line about it being out of warranty. I told him to quit selling high priced junk that looks good but falls apart quickly. He asked me to leave the store because I was being disruptive. I’ve Now filed a formal complaint against Haverty with the BBB. Seeking other avenues as well including small claims court.

  We were very pleased with our most recent purchase from this Havertys store. We needed several visits to make the best decision for our homes decor. Annalee, was our salesperson, and she was very patient with us and even showed us a closeout entertainment center that saved us money and looks great in our home. Also, we used the free service of having Laura Judd, design consultant, come to our home for her professional opinion to validate our choices. She was very helpful and made some great suggestions to enhance our room. Everyone at this store is very friendly and professional. Frederick Cowan, the store manager, also went out of his way, to insure our delivery went smoothly. Thank you Havertys! Our purchase included a couch, love seat, both with recliners, entertainment center, and kitchen island.

  Great experience. Fred and Gary really helped pull us out of a pickle when we chose the wrong mattress. Stand up organization and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back to fill out our living room!
