  I started doing Pilates with Nicole late February hoping to strengthen my core and alleviate or at least reduce my lower back problems, not only have my back problems lessened but I have found a new awareness about my body, my posture as I walk or sit I have learned to be straighter in my torso and not slouch. I don't sweat or grunt and groan as I used to as a younger man pumping iron or doing lengthy cardio workouts but the benefits of Pilates with Nicole has far exceeded my expectations, I would recommend Havenview to anyone no matter what age or fitness level.
