::We had a reservation and when we showed up it took them quite some time to seat us. Once we were seated we placed our order relatively quickly but it took well over an hour to get our food. It took the manager an hour to even notice that we haven't been served. The burgers we ordered were good size and were very well seasoned and cooked to our liking. The fries seemed a little lacking. Food was good service was left to be wanting.

::The hostess that sat us was very cordial and accommodating. We sat down and the restaurant wasnât particularly busy. Our waitress had an attitude and once we ordered our food she made faces and seemed to judge our choices. I ordered a Southwestern chicken bowl without chicken (vegetarian patty substitution) and my husband the All American Sliders. The meat inside the sliders was undercooked, when we went to look for our waitress she was nowhere to be found. The manager was taking out orders to the tables as most of the servers were just hanging out near the kitchen entrance.

::We were originally told that we couldn't have our dog on the outdoor patio while we ate. But when we came by today to eat lunch, they allowed it. We were able to get food for everyone in our family, which is always a challenge. Daisha was a fantastic server and really helped us figure out what our best options were for some of the pickier eaters. They did have a gluten free menu that could be scanned with a QR code, which was an awesome find. Sadly no ciders or gluten free/gluten reduced beers though. And their Bloody Mary mix is also not gluten free. But the Pinot Grigio was very nice on this warm summer day. Overall, a pretty good experience in the Inner Harbor. I would've given them 5 stars if they had some gluten free cider or beer options for me.

::Had a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe Baltimore during my visit to the Inner Harbor. The food was great! I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, it came with fries. The food portions were just right. For drinks we enjoyed the Blackberry Sparkling Sangria (one of my faves), and the Hurricane. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, we enjoyed staff member Nolan who took care of us! There was no wait or large crowd as we arrived around 3:30pm. Will definitely visit again!

::We didnât have much experience with the hard rock brand, but our lunch at this joint ârockedâ our expectations. Our server was extroverted and energetic, and had an encyclopediac recall of the menu. He was quick to suggest features and dishes. I had a very well done salmon with broccoli, which I admit wasnât an obvious choice; I got the sweet BBQ-sauce on the side, which actually worked well for dipping friesâŚthe salmon didnât need it! It was delightful all alone. The impossible burger and kidâs cheeseburger pleased the family. We picked coffee or beer, but all around us families were enjoying a splurge of alcohol. It was priced as a mid-tier establishment, so didnât quite break the bank. The atmosphere was festive and the music true to form, with clothes and instruments on display from Tom Petty, Don Henley, Chad Smith of the Chili Peppers, Iggy Pop, Madonna, Prince, and even the Beatles.
