  This 2 star rating is not for this specific bank in Irvine at heritage mall but for Hanmi Bank itself. I hope people to make right selection of their bank which will last many years. Please read through these cautions and make your choice.(will edit this review when the problems are completely solved) No.1 They are calling you whenever they think it's necessary to check if the deposit has been made; which means they look over all your records on account even amazon purchases.(come on privacy is very important in United States) No.2 They have small amount to spend on a single day(maximum 500 on credit which is ridiculous); you have to get permission from old ladies to spend your money on credit *over certain amount. No.3 Unlike other bank (iex.boa), whenever check has been received into their system through ATM, they do not process partial amount right away (which is important for people who need small amount of dollars fast). Furthrmore it usually take more than couple days(or more) to complete its' status even there is no partial credit processed right away. No.4 Their e-bank(mobile bank system) is incredibly sad. It is probably the worst e-bank system I have ever used. Sometimes you are not even able to log in(seriously?), the system bugs out which means the app(or in pc mode) just freeze. And if you get the password wrong over 3 times, system automatically locks my account. I am ok with this but you have to call them or visit them to confirm it's you and if this happens at night, you have to wait until the bank is open(They really need to figure out better solution to unlock it by ourselves through on-line for people who do not want to discuss this small issue by phone for about 10 mins) I believe Korean would still use this bank as they have pretty good currency exchange(korean won to dollars) but other than that this bank does not give people any benefits and make customers mad(rage quit this freakin bank). This specific bank in irvine can fix some of these problems by itself without need of entire company's policy and system change. Not cursing them but I believe this company will collapse soon or later if no changes are being made and keep up with their terrible system.
