  If you need to open an account this is the branch to do it. The bankers here really help you out to get problems fixed. The lady branch manager is super helpful and professional. I plan on refinancing my home here. They give me a sense of stability and confidence with banking here.

  Although the work was not done on the first day, the employee was good enough to check if everything was done right and give a call back regarding what needs to be done. Had more staff so was less busy. Overall, had a good experience.

  Not able to give less than one star. This branch is complete with non-responsive, rude, non-cooperative employees. Went there for notarization after several time calling (without any response) and when reached there, employee rudely said - we don't do that and you should have called first!! After driving to branch on Barranca pkwy, the lady politely asked me give my phone number and she called me the next day when notary arrived in the branch. Bank is loosing potential customers due to this branch.

  I was ignored by the employees on the floor, then after waiting in line I was told that they wouldn't be able to start an account for me because they were going to close in 30 mins. Did I forget to mention that I tried calling all day and got nothing but an answering machine.
