::This hotel is so nice! My 91 year old grandfather tripped and fell and the staff was so attentive immediately with me! The staff recommended a great place to eat also! The breakfast was so fabulous!! Huge oranges in the morning!

::I went through the 800 number on my phone and paid almost 500 for two nights for a honeymoon suite, room service, jacuzzi tub, memory foam bed, feather pillows, and other accommodations I requested. Upon check-in It turns out the front office told me they had no honeymoon suites, no room service, don't have those types of beds etc. She also stated that I paid way too much, but that is the 800 number hotel service fault not theirs. And parking is awful. It also is not in the greatest part of town. I could have got something much nicer for what I paid.

::One of the best hotels I've ever visited! I interacted with 4 different staff members during my stay and they were all very helpful and friendly! The room was very nice and clean! I would recommend this Hampton to all of my close friends and family!

::So me and my husband decided to stay here we are members of hilton honors we got a free upgrade to a room with whirlpool tub that did not work. When we checked in my husband was quick to notify the front desk that the room smelled like smoke. The next day we checked out only to have our credit card charged 250$ for a smoking fee. All night people fighting in parking lot the next morning i went out to my car to see a man and his boyfriend in the car doing what should be done inside. When we called the hotel and spoke to the assistant manager Ashley she was rude and said they don't care what we say they won't reverse the charge she was rude unprofessional and I am glad we were gone. Wesley the g.m assured us he reversed the charge after 3 days of phone tag but asked me to take my review off here we are 4 days later and still have yet to receive our money so do your self a favor keep driving to a better place .
