  Really not a very nice property at all. The carpet in the halls was laid so poorly that it buckles every few feet creating a series of tripping hazards. Our room had a broken shower head and a broken faucet in the sink. That room shouldn't have been rented until at least the sink was fixed. Breakfast was adequate but the servers were not very well mannered pushing their way past guests. If all the other hotels in Tucson are closed I'd probably sleep in my vehicle.

  We had a great experience here!! All the staff were so friendly, particularly Eliza at the front desk! Also, the continental breakfast included is great, and the fact that check out is not till 12:00 pm is so helpful! Eliza even managed to swing letting us do an early check in, which made our trip so much smoother (we had to get ready for a wedding). Would 100% recommend!! Thank you!!

  Overall a very nice hotel. Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Room was sufficient and clean with a very nice large work desk. Conveniently located right off the freeway. Breakfast was as expected for a free hotel breakfast. I would stay here again.

  Stayed over night for a weekend with a friend to explore Tucson as we've never been. 5 minute uber to all the great spots downtown. I've never seen such great house keeping. Also had yummy cookies and bottles of water waiting for us when ever we were coming or going. Can't beat the location and service for the price. Would definitely go back

  Clean & conveniently located with nice "perks" (24 hr free bottled water, fruit, USA Today & cookies.) I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of breakfast included. Most hotels have very few options, but this location had a wide variety of pastries & breads along with crispy bacon, 2 types of eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, & much more. It is far better than traditional continental options. Housekeeping & customer service was also great & helpful. I highly recommend this location as a reasonably priced option.
