Very nice room! The breakfast wasn’t all that. I’ve had better at other Hampton Inns. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel. Rooms are good size with a fridge. Free breakfast in the AM is nice with oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, and waffles. The gym us also decent. Unobstructed view of the ball field from the roof top is really nice in a game day. Wished their tea selection was better instead of the cheap Lipton tea bags and free cookies in the evening lke other Hamptons would make it extra sweet.

Would I stay here again? Definitely not. The furnishings, new flooring and updates we're nice. Not the roach before bed scurrying across the floor when my kids go brush their teeth or the construction noise at 6am we were never warned about . We paid $200 for this room, I feel robbed. Only positive was the location.

One of the weirdest (and worst) experiences I've ever had, especially in a Hilton brand hotel. After 45 minutes at check-in, I asked, "Are you going to check me in or what?!? I've given you 3 credit cards. I'm staying for free on Hilton Honors points. Come on." They refunded me promptly (which is the last thing I wanted to happen 1,000 miles from home), and 4 police officers arrived to escort me out. Welcome to DC! Their management refused to talk with me the entire time and their front desk reps were snickering as I left without incident. That's the worst customer service I've seen at a hotel - and I'm a HiltonHonors member. Probably a decent place to stay if you can afford $375/night for a basic room, but the personnel is clearly untrained.

It was a really nice place to stay! Lovely room, bathroom, and a couple of nice breakfasts. The lobby was nice as well. The staff was friendly and wonderfully helpful. If you need food in a hurry before going off to your DC meeting or whatever, there are restaurants right beside the hotel. Score!!! Only downside: our rooms were not ready at the time they were supposed to be, which was by 3 pm. Well I found out what room I would be in later that night, returning from my DC event. So that was a disappointment. ☆Reminder that you need a key to use the elevator to go up to any floor!!
