Clean and neat and the staff were friendly. Parking is a little confusing - when you make your booking, they verbally assure you that you can use their parking for an additional day, at an additional cost. This is not true. They only allow you to utilize the parking (for around 40 bucks) as long as you are a guest. The following morning I had to move my vehicle to a parking garage around the block. Their cafeteria is nothing to write home about. It has the basics, small and simple, self-service.

Clean rooms. 4th floor reeks of urine and B.O. like really really bad. They tried to cover it with a lot of fragrance. Other than that, it was a nice place with friendly staff.

It has everything you would want. Pool and gym if you're into that, little snack shop, breakfast. Perfectly comfortable, clean sheets and towels ... I don't know what else you need to know. Microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer are in the room for you. It was quiet at night.

Very clean, friendly, efficiently run and small more personable feel. Less than a half a block from the Navy Yard Green line metro stop. Going to a game, this is a great place to stay. Handicap accessible, smoke free and vegan friendly. Love the outside bistro tables and chairs. Great to get that vitamin D , from mother nature. There is club bar, open in the evenings, but, I can not comment on it, as I did not stay in the evening, to check it out. Great place for a small meetings with over night stays. The food is healthy and filling. I loved the chocolate cake and home made sugar cookies. The salads were beautiful and the lettuces very fresh and sweet. Great continental breakfast, coffee, juice tea and breakfast served to meeting participants outside the meeting area. The tables were set with water pitchers, goblets and table cloths, a real plus for the meeting planner wanting to make a splash.

Very clean. Bed was super comfy! Staff was pleasant. Real close to a Metro Station and a CVS. Grocery store about 3 blocks away. Capitol about 2/3 of a mile from hotel.
