Comfortable, clean room. Traffic was shut out and quiet. Only thing is parking is a block away and paid another $49 for the night.

I love it location , near to the Macy's.. rooms are very small. Beds are average .. toilet facilities are 3 star. No cleaning service as we stayed there for 2 nights .

Didn't actually get to stay here. These nit-wits just cancelled our booking without notice. They were also completely unhelpful in assisting us to find alternative accommodation. PS: As a result of this review (I think), my son has had an interaction with the manager of this hotel, including an apology and HH points. It doesn't really remove the raw memory of that cold hour in New York but, if it avoids someone else having this experience, I appreciate his acknowledgement of the issue.

It is a very small and cramped hotel. The rooms are only good for a bed, shower and toilet. Front desk people were nice but all of the guests were very rude. Breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about. Didn't even eat it the second or third day. The elevators are always busy so good luck with that. The walls are also paper thin so we heard our neighbors kid screaming the whole night. Overall, not a good experience but it got the job done and we were only there to sleep. That being said, we will not be staying here again.
