  Stayed here 4 nights. King bed was very comforatable and our room was quiet. Location was good. Made it to wine hour one day but did not like the wine because I am a snob. Would come back if there was a deal.

  The Roger is an extremely charming boutique hotel in a great location. By NYC standards, my room was really spacious with good soundproofing to silence the city outside and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Bathroom is small but they make good use of the space with very nice finishes. The workout room has all the basics, but one complaint is that the hotel needs to invest in a gym wipes stand in addition to the towels to ensure cleanliness. Nice touches like free coffee, tea, and wine at happy hour along with a great staff made this hotel an oasis in the chaos of Manhattan.

  Cute boutique hotel with lovely lobby and convenient location. The rooms are small and not very comfortable. We could hear people scream and laugh till late at night in the rooms next to us (possibly above us). It was very noisy and didn't feel very clean. The staff however was lovely, welcoming and helpful.

  Stayed here for my first time in NYC. As national hotels go the rooms are not impressive. Small "cozy" rooms. The beds are good, the public areas are good and it is right on Madison Ave. If you like going out, this place is great. If you'd rather give humans a pass and hole up in the room... Maybe check out somewhere else.
