  During our 1-week unexpected stay due to a family member's illness, I encountered possibly all of the staff here. Not one person was less than kind to us. Wonderful people.

  This is one the worst hotel ever, after arriving for check in and my last is different than whats on my licence the agent going to look at me and said she can't check me in and I should know better and asked if I have Paper work for my name change. Up right crazy. She did mention her manager trained her. With this level of service I wish this hotel a bless 2018.
