::Great experience. Quick, easy check-in. Queen/Queen room was very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly, helpful, and upbeat. Ordered food from the bar in the evening. Grain bowl was delicious. Wings were kinda small but tasty. Wish there were microwaves in the room. Great location. Plenty of free parking. This was our first time staying there. Will stay again. I recommend it.

::The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. My only suggestion is to add a microwave on each floor inside the ice room. I wanted to warm up my food but didn't want to walk through the crowd of people in the lobby. But I'm still giving 5 stars.

::Could've been the greatest welcome I've ever received... Kristina checked me in. Wow, so friendly and genuine. Put a smile on my face. Outstanding visit in this new property. My business will bring me back here. Thanks Marriott.

::Typically, I am a “5 Star Review” giver, but we encountered so many disappointing events here. Overall, the hotel itself is immaculate & perfect when considering the cleanliness and condition of the property. The Lobby is spacious and open. Plenty of seating to relax and watch TV! The bar and food area is also very nice. Very modern and updated. The food from the bar is great. The chicken wings are tasty! The breakfast is also great. You’ll also find Starbucks coffee served here, with a modified menu. Our room was also very clean and did not have any strange smells or issues. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We were given an accessible room, so there were extra features that would find for ADA needs. One thing missing from the room is a full length mirror. There was not one in our room. This should be considered for future improvements. Our problems with staying here began the first night, with receiving a paper notice under our door that the hot water in the building would be turned off beginning at 10PM (it was actually off before 10PM), but would be restored within 6 hours. We woke the next morning to no hot water. In preparing for my mother’s funeral that day, no showers were taken that morning because cold showers suck, let’s be honest. We go about our day and returned to the hotel again that evening to find that there is still no hot water. The hot water continued to be out through the next day, which forced us to endure the freezing cold water in the shower. The next paper notice under our door that morning said that there was no ETA on the hot water. We spoke to the front desk to ask what would be done to accommodate this incredible inconvenience, and it was strange that the front desk staff did not already have a plan to inform guests of the comps, etc. They had to seek approval from the GM first as if they weren’t aware or surprised to hear our request. After waiting, we were told that the first 2 nights would be credited to our stay. Had this not happened, we would have checked out & moved to another hotel in the area for the rest of our stay. We thought everything would be okay the rest of the time, until we were met again with no hot water on the 4th day. This time with no notice that the hot water would be out again. On our way out for the day, we asked the front desk what was going on now, and basically they were not satisfied with the contractor so they “fired him” and would hope to have the issues fixed asap. By the time we returned that evening, the hot water was restored and remained working for the remainder of the time we were there. For the property to be in such great condition, it was really surprising to encounter such issues as we did. In all the hotels I’ve stayed in my life across the world, old & new buildings, this has never happened to me. Additionally, after completing a post-stay review for Marriott, we were also given an additional refund for the inconveniences. The staff & company did make things right on their end. The low review here is more so for the annoyance/absence of modern day luxuries, such as hot water. First world problems you might say. I would return here in the future, provided the maintenance issues are resolved.

::Housekeeping: When asked for towels was told had to go to front desk. Not friendly and make you feel uncomfortable for asking for clean towels. Shower drain backed up , had to remove shower plate and clean hair to allow shower to drain. Refrigerator: Very small. Room: Good size and clean. Very thin walls. Could hear music, as if in our room, from the room beside us along with every time doors were closed up and down the hall. Anything going on in your room could be heard in the hallway (including conversations). We were on the back side and could hear traffic outside. Cafe: Very pleasant and food freshly cooked and delicious. Maintenance/Security: Friendly Front desk: Pleasant and responsive, although according to management not aware of policies that should be followed on hotel charges. When management was asked about charges they said their staff gave us inaccurate information because the hotel business is struggling and their staff are not trained. Funny thing is the front desk staff had given us the same information that we have been abiding by at other Marriott properties. Management: When asked about questionable charges became defensive and rude. Her response was telling us if we didn’t like the charges we should take our business elsewhere. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE TAKING her ADVICE AND STAYING ELSEWHERE!!!!
