  If you like craft beer and pub grub, this place has the best of both! Always has an incredible tap list with delicious food... Beware though if you are going during the day as there are no windows and you can stay for hours without knowing it!

  Visiting San Diego for the long weekend with a bunch of friends from different countries. We've been to a few different bars through the trip using our IDs that are not passports. He wouldn't let us in without a passport, though he was kind enough to mention that sometimes he is open to bending the rules. Sadly we weren't allowed mainly due to the bartender's ignorance: He wasn't able to comprehend that the DOB in other countries are in day/month/year format and kept insisting that our cards had expired. Was really looking forward to what is apparently the oldest brewery, but maybe some other time.

  A fun tavern that has both an exciting and laid back feel to it. The bartenders have always been super cool and knowledgable. Asked the bartender last time for recommendation and he brought over FOUR tasters and explained each one!

  Gotta thank Yelp for this! only thing that intrigued me was the ceiling (beer tap handles) but once we got there the atmosphere at this place & the selection of beers.(pretty awesome) hands down! definitely will be back. The day of my visit (Oktoberfest) there was a gentleman behind the bar with a cool mustache that made our first experience much easier since it was chaos lol. Thank you to the manager he was the one who was taking care of us and again the service was excellent!!

  They have a great beer selection. The crowd is a very eclectic mix of people and everyone is chill. They have two pool tables and a shuffle board table. The ceiling is really cool - decorated with beer tap handles all over. Fairly extensive bar food menu (tots, burgers, wings) and have tap takeover nights.
