  I called Shaun because I just couldn't get my existing softener to work any longer. He talked to me for 20 minutes on the phone and explained the probable causes. And he scheduled a visit for two days later. He very knowledgeable. We ended up replacing the 13-year-old system and now it's working great. Price was excellent as well.

  I had terrible water that I had lived with for years. I finally got frustrated enough to find a solution. H20 Services came over and did a fantastic job troubleshooting. Shaun installed an RO unit under my sink and a whole house system in the basement. I couldn't be happier with the results.

  I called Shaun after we started to experience problems with our well pump. He responded promptly, and was quickly able to diagnose the issue. Throughout the process, Shaun was extremely professional and did a great job of explaining what was going on. I would definitely use H2O services again for any future well issues.

  I had problem with water for last two weeks. I was going back and forth with Call Clint Plumbing (Formerly Mr. Router franchise in Mahopac) who installed the well pump 4 years back. They accessed the situation and suggested that i pay $2,500 to pull the pump out and fix wires, with additional charges for any problem with pump. The pump is under warranty, but they were not confirming the same. They made a mistake with original installation and upon presenting the facts they stonewalled my efforts to resolve and afraid that well company won't honor the warranty. I advice not to engage with this plumbing company. I called Shaun from H2o today per recommendation from a friend, he understood that we are in uncomfortable situation and suggested to access the problem free of charge. He showed up to in few hours and spotted the issue in 5 minutes and made a simple fix with well pump wires and got me the water in 30 minutes. He was very honest, prompt and more importantly connected emotionally with the problem. I have suffered for two weeks running behind Call Clint Plumbing who try to exploit the situation. I highly recommend Shaun for Well repair work or event for second opinion on such an expensive job.
