  I had a leak in my pool heater line received a phone call from for Fossati plumbing within minutes. Rich was in my home within 1 hr assessing my problem. He told me what I needed, my prior plumber was unable to find the part. I told Rich I would scour the web. Found the part I need receive the part on Saturday, contacted Rich he promptly returned I reply. Today 5/21/18 my problem is fixed. I should also add that the first time I spoke to Fossati plumbing was 5/15/18 so in less than a week I am good to go. I had been waiting for over a month with prior plumber trying to find the part. Thanks Fossati plumbing and Rich for responding so quickly. I would also like to add that all of this took place during the storm situation, and still great turnaround time. I would definitely recommend Fossati plumbing

  Never dealt with Fossati before. I needed a whole house filter system installed. When I called, I spoke to Deanna who gave the message to Rich. He called right back and and after a discussion quoted me a price which seemed fair. An installation date was made and Jeff and Mark showed up on time (rare these days). Both were very professional, neat and completed the installation to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Fossati Plumbing and will use again when needed.

  Rich from Fossati owner operater was more than professional! The nicest guy and thorough. He could have said we needed a new hot water heater but that's not what we needed! Again, professional and so fair priced!

  We had an emergency situation recently, so we posted on FB for recommendations and Fossati was suggested by a good friend. I am so glad we chose them. Wonderful service from reception, to the manager (Rich) who I spoke with, to the on site techs (Jeff and Ryan), we couldn't be happier. Courteous, professional, personable, understanding and honest!!! The job was completed quickly and without issue, the area was left clean and the accurate cost of the job was more than fair...A GREAT JOB BY NICE PEOPLE!!! Thx, Dan

  We moved to Patterson N.Y. from Staten Island in January. It is our first home and being an older home we ended up having some plumbing issues. We reviewed many local plumbers and ended up going with Fossati. We couldn't have made a better choice. Everyone we have spoken with has been extremely helpful and professional. Jeff has been top notch. The service Fossati provides is second to none. My wife, myself our daughter and our two dogs are extremely grateful to Fossati. We are put at ease knowing that when the next plumbing issue arises Fossati will be there to help us. We can't thank Jeff enough for the service he has provided for us.
