  The staff here really loves their job. No hard sales, just knowledge about the products and info as needed. We always enjoy coming in here, but the vinyl record selection could be better and a bit more cost competitive to the big electronics store around the way. Other than that we always spend too much time in the guitar room and love being able to try out new equipment before we make a big investment. Thanks!

  They are a good place for used guitars. They have a all kinds of music equipment. Lots of tutorials for music. Pretty much anything you need for music.

  Horrible customer service from the sales team. It was a very frustrating experience to shop at this store. I'm a beginner guitar play and that's maybe why they didn't want to help? They meaning 3 separate people! The first guy to help I had to go find at the registers and quickly left me. The second guy was the store manager who really came coming around to kick some amazing teenagers out of the store for no reason and had no interest in really helping me. And the third guy appeared to be "just doing his job." Each and every one of these guys were just looking to escape. Finally, my wife pulled aside an instructor for GC and he was AMAZING! He helped me significantly to find what I wanted. I won't go into to much detail here but he saved me from buying the wrong guitar that one of the other guys says "uh, yeah, do that one!". He is definitely the reason they get a 2 instead of 1 star. So....then I left....and I went and purchased my new guitar at a previously visited Sam Ash instead (even spending slightly more above their promotion) because I couldn't any reason to support this store in the slightest. I suspect I might have a reason in the future to visit another GC location, but I think I might just be turned off forever. Find somewhere else to spend that hard earned money, because it doesn't matter here.

  My husband and I go to this Guitar Center every time we visit Las Vegas. There is way more selection than our local Guitar Centers. This last time, we purchased a used guitar for about $2500. Of course we wanted to check it for imperfections before finalizing the purchase, but the body was so dirty, we truly couldn't. So we asked for them to clean it up a bit. Guess what? They didn't have any cleaner available. We had to purchase some guitar polish just to see if the body on this guitar was suitable to buy. And yes we ended up buying the guitar and yes they ended up charging us still for the cleaner and guess what they kept it.....
