  Bizarre experience with this guy. We had a seminar planned and booked with him a month in advance. Confirmed several days prior, then he completely vanished the day of the event. Didn't show up, didn't call, didn't offer any explanation, and wouldn't respond to emails afterward. Left us without a PA system, projector, screen, microphones, the whole package! I would never risk using him again. Embarrassing and unprofessional.
