::The worst services. My husband purchased a pair of mule for me for Christmas. He said he had never felt so bad with the attention he received my 11 year daughter was with him too. She told said mom they were so unprofessional to us. I decided to check them out. They only care about the sale a not about delivering good customer services. I decided to return the shoes. So sad to say that the NYC store was the same they would not let my son girlfriend touch the wallet she was interesting in purchasing. They left store walked over to LV and got a wallet there. Gucci really you should be ashamed. It was not to long ago that your label was in the gutter. Dont forget who got you to where you are. So sad and disappointing. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

::The worst service I ever received from a high end store. My card was charged and they didn’t give me my purchase because there system issues. I will never purchase from them again.

::Love Gucci but the staff there is just rude, I want to enter a store without being aggressively told that this is a sales place not a show room when I was simply asking if there were other designs for products. I felt scared due to the man that spoke heavily making me feel like I had to leave the store. Honey just because you work at Gucci doesnt mean you can afford it so dont act all high and mighty.

::Probably the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I went into the store looking to purchase a wallet, to my disappointment, they did not carry the style I wanted. So instead I asked them if they had any other styles I can see. The worker who was "helping" me told me (in a tone to rush me out) "I think it's better off you just buy what you want online" rather than showing me the other styles of wallets. I'm trying to think of any reason why she would want to push out a customer being that they weren't busy on a weekday afternoon, or was in a rush to do anything else. I seriously cannot think of any other reason to justify the workers attitude.
