  I was shocked when I read the reviews of the NARS boutique. I recently went in to the store and I received GREAT , suggestions and attention when I went in. Seems like there is a new staff. I highly recommend shopping at the NARS store for all your NARS products they are very knowledgeable and trained. And I had a Great experience there. Nice team!

  Totally agree on what the other person said. Manager of this store is very rude and doesn't have any will to sell the stuff. whenever i go here to buy what i need i feel so bad because of the manager. I think nars company should educate their staff to be nice to customers.

  Don’t waste your time going here. You are better off driving into the city and going to the Bleecker store where the customer service is impeccable. I am a professional makeup artist and visit plenty of different makeup stores and the manager at this location was so disrespectful I was applaud. I’ve been here a number of times and each time I am given a hard time over my pro member card and walk out with nothing and very frustrating. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
