  Older hotel. I do not recommend the hotel restaurant. Hotel bar was slow. Starbucks off of the lobby was fine. Covered valet parking was great.

  Room was clean and comfortable! The valet parking was convenient and didn't take long at all, of course this was a Monday and there wasn't many people there.

  Valet my car when arrived at the hotel. There was a group of us that had dinner reservations at Prime and a room for a weekend event. There was no one to great or bring the bags to the room so could go straight to the restaurant. There was no luggage cart so had to make multiple trips to room keeping dinner companions waiting. Way finding from the hotel to Prime was non existent. Luckily a very nice employee realizing this escorted me there after hearing another employee struggling to explain where their restaurant was. He truly was an exemplary example of what to expect at a nicer hotel and restaurant. Our dinners at Prime were all delicious perfectly prepared. The service however was clumsy and far from a 4 or 5 star. I've had better service at a Coney island. We ordered couple bottles of wine, he poured a glass for a couple people at the table he was standing next to but no-one else, even after several comments from the table of who else wanted a glass, he also didn't refill any of the glasses when returned to table, then forgot to bring drink order on next round, when he finally came back and we reminded him he came back with the wrong order. When the dinner arrived it was an obtrusive debacle with multiple servers shuving plates in front of us that were the wrong order. The next morning we got up, went to valet for the car to get to our event and was told a 30 min wait which actually ended up being an hour! We were trapped there and missed our event. They would not give us our keys or tell us where our car was too get it ourselves. There was no one taking ownership of the issue or able to think outside the box to rectify this disaster. This was completely unacceptable.

  Very nice. Staff was all helpful. Valet parking makes an easy in/out. They dont.however seem very efficient. Many things take longer than they should.

  I was very impressed with how nice their rooms are. The casino is huge, and there's lots to play. There's a non smoking section, however I noticed several people smoking in it. That would be the only negative. It's nice to go out and walk around to find great food too. Fun time.
