::It's a good hotel with a great location. Rooms are pretty nice and have been renovated in the past decade or so. Fridge and microwave in the rooms are a plus. They also have a free hot breakfast in the morning. Plus, it's only two blocks from Lafayette Coney Island!

::I have been traveling for work and staying at the hotel for most of the last two months. Service is great. Front desk and valet folks are super friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. They serve a free breakfast and have coffee ready all day, which is more than can be said of any of the other hotels downtown. And the rates are better too!

::Very comfortable. Staff attentive. Our room was comfortable. The main problem was some of the maintenance was questionable. Overall I was comfortable and felt welcome.

::The staff was super nice from the front desk to the valet. The room was fine. However, we couldn't get another blanket when were getting ready for bed after a concert. Set up the pull out couch with sheets and pillow supplied in the room but no blanket. Apparently after 10pm the area where they are kept is locked up and off limits to the staff. How crazy is that? My teenager daughter was basically bundled up in sweatshirts and extra sheets to stay warm. There is approximately 8,000 hotels in downtown Detroit. I would imagine they have access to a few extra blankets. I will check one of them out next time.
