  Very rude people.They don’t have any customer service skills. I ordered food and this delivery guy openly asked for tips. I said next time. I don’t have it.He said they deliver because of tips and that next time when I order I should come pick it up myself.I called the restaurant to complain about him and they gave the phone to the same guy who still told me we don’t like you and don’t order next time.tips are suppose to be complementary.i was so disgusted.The food was so poor. Found strings of hair in it.

  Worst food ever eaten in 59 years on this earth. Old oil, shrimp fishy and had an ammonia taste. Ordered a bunch of food and could not eat any of it after tasting. Don't go here. Also don't use Grubhub, they could care less about their customers.

  I've ordered from Grand Hunan several times in the past and always thought it was pretty decent for the price. I recently placed an order for Szechuan beef and fried rice. Both dishes were flavorless (especially surprising since I requested the Szechuan beef be extra spicy) and the quality of the beef was some of the worst I've encountered at a Chinese restaurant. On a positive note, the food was ready on time and the staff was friendly. However, the food was unsatisfactory and I really don't think I'll be ordering again any time soon.
