  BE AWARE!!!! I brought my gown for dry cleaning one month ago. Just went there to drop off another one and pick another and they said I picked it up!!! I've never did! To make sure that I'm not blacked out for some mistery reason I went back home, looked for the dress, brought them my phone to show that I was working the day and time they told me I picked it up, I have people who can confirm it. They kicked me out and said "You picked it up!" They stole my dress, refused refund even though on a check which was with me because I never picked it up, they are saying that they are responsible for lost items. Such a horrible experience! Never go there. I'm shocked

  I will not be returning to this cleaner. My first impression was that the owner was rude and it was not pleasant going in there but I went for convenience's sake as it is across the street. I forgave them when i showed up at 6 for same day service, being promised my laundry would be ready by 5, and it was not there. All he could tell me was "it is not here." No apology, no remorse, no concession. I could not forgive them when they ruined a garment and refused to take responsibility for it, per "policy." I do not recommend this cleaner. I should have heeded the Yelp warnings of ruining garments; don't repeat my mistake.
