  So this was unexpected and beyond disappointing. It pains me to write this because I wanted to like Bo Bo. I made a special trip to Bo Bo to take care of my suit and other dry cleaning. It was only very lightly soiled. First of all, my suit costs more than my rent. The outside had some scuff mark on the jacket. The inside of the pants and jacket had severe discolorations that I'm hoping do not stain. Although it did not damage the exterior of the suit, I'm flabbergasted that you can do something so horribly wrong. This now looks instead of my decent-quality suit, like something I picked up from the thrift store with a decade of discoloration. I have a second suit that's over 10 years old and fits poorly- hence why I got the new one, and it has nothing like the discoloration I have on mine after a single wear and the cleaning from Bo Bo. If you value your suit, dress, whatever else, avoid here at all costs. I am at a loss. If a suit is something that you cannot do, simply tell me and I'll take it somewhere else instead of having me toss away over a thousand dollars.

  Really great dry cleaning, wash and fold, and tailoring! One of the best places that I've encountered in NYC.

  This is the best dry cleaners in all of nyc, They take great care of both dry cleaning and wash and are very reasonable. Really a great business!

  Ruined my $400 comforter and blamed me! This place was absolutely the worst service I have ever received in New York City in 10 years of living here. I sent out a bag of laundry, and a bag of sheets and my comforter. They were supposed to deliver it back, but 15 minutes before closing I still hadn't heard from them so I just walked over. The woman at the desk showed me my comforter and it was completely ruined...she had put it through the washer and dryer despite the tag on it with huge letters reading DRY CLEAN ONLY. She said it was not her fault, and that it must have gotten ruined because I must have sprayed something on it before giving it to them...and that she never looks at tags on things, that isn't her job. She never apologized, even after I told her it was a wedding gift and explained how frustrating the whole situation was. She even charged me the $23 for the laundry. Appalling. I have never written a negative Yelp review in my life, but I was so upset and shocked out how poorly this place is run I felt compelled to do it this time. DO NOT bring ANYTHING of value into this establishment,, and don't expect good, common sense customer service.
