  Customer Service at its best at Graceland Funeral Home! Felipe Caballero delivers excellent customer service and is sensitive to the needs of the family in times of grief. His staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and all eager to accommodate the family's wishes.

  Debo agradecer seriamente las atenciones personalizadas de la Funeraria Graceland, excelente servicio y trato muy digno y respetuoso, mi familia le estará eternamente agradecida por sus atenciones, es reconfortante encontrar alivio y un gran apoyo moral ante nuestra pérdida, un abrazo a la distancia y gracias eternas al señor Felipe Caballero y su personal...De mi parte la mejor opción a quienes buscan un servicio de calidad y personalizado.

  Mr. Caballero is respectful and professional, but he has the nastiest staff I have ever met in my life. At my fathers funeral last year, Millie and another woman (I really wish I remembered her name,) made me cry multiple times because they YELLED at me at my dads funeral. They arranged the time the priest was to come incorrectly, after we told all our family to come for the service at 7. When we were faced with the situation, they were extremely defensive. Their solution was to yell at each other, and my GRIEVING FAMILY over the error (In front of all our guests.) It was learned later that the two do not get along, and brought their personal problems to work. It was a complete disgrace to my father. Mr. Caballero happened to be out of town that weekend, so I don't believe it's his fault. He kindly refunded us for the service, but if these two women still work there, I cannot recommend this place. It was not worth the pain and humiliation.

  We used Graceland's services on 05/2017. I can tell you that -while I did not enjoy being there- they made a terrible situation easier on my family and I. On their website it states excellence, empathy, and professionalism. I can attest to all three. He was very fair with pricing and assisted us in every possible way. They coordinated all the services we requested with the corresponding facilities. I felt confident when I contracted for his services and I can tell you I was not disappointed. Graceland was very accommodating to all our needs and requests. Felipe himself stayed with us during our time of grief to help ensure all went smoothly for everyone. Felipe J. Caballero is in my opinion an honest, earnest and trustworthy person to handle your families' affairs during a difficult time in your life. So I say publicly "Thank You" to Felipe J. Caballero, and your team for all you did for my family and I.

  Never did I imagine that we would need to arrange funeral services for our daughter. It was the most difficult time in our life. We are beyond thankful to Felipe for helping make our situation easier by being so accommodating and available. He loves what he does and it reflects on his way of dealing with his clients. In a time of need, compassion is so important and he naturally displays it. The facility is also very clean and updated... it is a very welcoming and peaceful environment. Thank you Felipe and staff... You'll always hold a special place in our hearts.
