::Know your stuff if you plan on bringing anything here. Had a caliper lock up on my truck, the charged me almost 400 to replace 1 caliper and break line. They swore up and down that the breaks were metal on metal, i knew better. I have been daily driving the truck since then (which was July of 2017, 9 months) and have yet to hear a sqeak, grind or anything. I guess they didn't know that i usually work on my own vehicles, and has just put new brakes on myself a few months back, just i was stranded and they were the closest shop.

::When I walking in he was insulting the intelligence of the customers in front of me. He then flipped their paper receipt toward them. Both me and the man noticed the guy said "don't be flip papers at me". I am just giving you your receipt (yeah.. right!) When I spoke to him he was just as bad. Wal-mart had sent me to there to discuss what the manufactures warrantee on a Goodyear manufactured tire was. Since I did not buy it there, he did not want to discuss it...nor even look at it. Very rude. I would never shop there

::Stopped in to see about having a leaking tire plugged. Was also testing service levels as Iām in the market for 4 new tires for another vehicle. It was clear my request for service was a nuisance. Was told he could not get me in until tomorrow....if he had time. This place lost my business forever. Went down the street to Tire Discounters who said absolutely they could help.

::I've been getting car service done at the Richmond Road Goodyear for six years, since I moved to Lexington. I have always received fast, considerate customer service. The staff is great and very patient when explaining their services.
