::I've had a good experience. Before going to gonzales & associates I used go to another place to do my taxes and I had problems with my tax returns. I have not had any issues at this place and I recommend anyone. I usually try to have the owner do my taxes but I've also done my taxes with anyone who is open and had no issues.

::Seriously, this place is a joke. I went to get a SIMPLE tax return done....A month later I get a call saying that I NEVER did my taxes...REALLY? I called the office and I was simply told "It's an IRS problem and we don't know any information about it" On top of that, they REQUIRED that I give them my BANKING information so that IRS could take a look at the situation....SERIOUSLY? It's already JUNE and I have not received my income tax check and I honestly believe they messed something up. I could care less about the check BUT the moral is that I should have already received it and this was a SIMPLE ta return. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I will never go back. This place favors those with money and they definitely set priority to those willing to spend more on their services.

::Since I started working I have gone to Gonzales & Associates to do my taxes and they are very helpful and friendly. They help me recieve as much money as possible on my tax returns. They even convince me to go to college. My co-workers even are surprised how much I get in return. Last year I recieved in the thousands range, while my co-worker had only recieved only hundreds from her tax people and she has two kids. Even my parents do their taxes there and they have a small buisness. These guys really help you get the most out of you tax returns and its not expensive for their services.
