  I called Argo to get a paper notarized. The receptionist told me that the notary would be there until 6PM. She asked what the document was which was unusual since it shouldn't really matter. Anyways, I went straight there and when I arrived there were three employees just sitting around indifferent to my existence. When an employee got around to helping, she took the document to another room and then came back and said the the notary had left due to an emergency. Really? Why did they tell me to come? And how in a small business did the counter help not know the notary had left. Why did they need to take my papers to a private office before they could tell me that the notary was not present. The entire ordeal was shady and a waste of time.
