  We happened upon this cozy restaurant in downtown Oakland because the vegan place we wanted was closed. I had the delicious vegetable soup perfect for a wet, cold Sunday night. We also loved the spring rolls. Their menu is expansive - something for every taste.

  Great spot for vegan dishes that are both creative and delicious! The sweet and sour “chicken” was a highlight and the “fish” was a pleasant surprise. Only thing to note is some menus don’t display all pricing, but everything is within a reasonable 10-20 range. Would come again!

  I was in Oakland for a show and this was perfectly close to the show and I was blown away by the tasty food they served. There were not many people at the restaurant and there were too many takeout orders that the kitchen was busy. The pot stickers and the sauce were delicious as well as their vietnamese soup. More things to try from the menu and definitely a favorite spot for me.

  Golden Lotus is a homeowner, all the way around! Good service, fresh ingredients, tasty dishes, nice ambience and vegan desserts were the perfect ending to a perfect dinner. Highly recommend, this will become a repeat visit most definitely. You won't be disappointed.

  First time ordering from the restaurant. One of my daughter’s favorite vegan places to eat. She recommended it to me. Very neat and tidy. Took the wrong order home 30miles from work. Called them back and they were very polite to replace my order. Yes my fault for not double checking even after I mentioned my name and a guy repeated it thought it was right. Van, manager called me back apologized and offered to give me my real order next day. This is what I call excellent 👌🏾 customer service. I recommend them to everyone. I ordered the number 25 and 46. Thé kale salad 🥗 is on point. 👌🏾
