  I came here exclusively for the bubble tea as it's the only place in Inwood with bubble tea. The bubble tea isn't bad however, comparing it to the rest of Manhattan it is rather mediocre. I ordered a strawberry fruit tea with "pearls". The pearls tasted pretty disgusting, like gelatin exterior with some type of sugary water on the inside. The actual fruit tea tasted like strawberry juice made from concentrate. It wasn't bad but it definitely wasn't fruit tea that I expected. However I did enjoy the sealed cup that they give you even though thats a bit trivial. There happens to only be one person working there from the 6 times I've gone there, it always this Dominican lady. She has never been rude to me like other have said but I've seen her be rude to others who are in the store ordering. They have frozen yogurt, I've tried a few of the flavors with samples that they have, they taste really good and most of them have a very good tart to them. Also, sometimes the machines are leaking and it gets to the floor and no one cleans them for a few days.

  Absolutely the best in the neighborhood! Im very pleased with the customer service I received yesterday when my kids and I stopped by for some yummy yogurt. The business is very clean great lighting for great selfies. They offer a variety of different flavors. Everything seems up to date. Children and group friendly. I was a little bit indecisive on choosing a flavor but the young man working there let me try samples so I can decide . All flavors and fruits were amazing fresh and organic. My kids were very happy . We will definitely be returning.They also offer many other healthly options . Muffins etc . Will be going back all summer with friends and kids.

  The frozen yogurt is not the best, and the customer service is DEFINITELY not the best. Aside from the topping selection being minimal and including old fruit, the ambiance is unwelcoming. When asking the person at the register a simple question all I received in return was a point to what I was asking for and no acknowledgement what’s so ever, given the fact that the person there was on their phone the whole time and not one bit interested in their customers. I really hope this establishment can better itself, for the sake of their business and the neighborhood.

  Good service! Great flavors! Fresh toppings! My favorite Froyo shop in the area!
