::To start off we walked in and was greeted by the host I totally forgot his name but he was a tall funny gentleman with a bright smile! He seated us and we were quickly helped by our server who also happened to be our bartender. The two people we interacted with were the most kind, knowledgeable, and charismatic ever. They made the environment comfortable and pleasant. I ordered pasta and my friend ordered octopus. Although the octopus was a smaller plate he said it was very new and delicious, if texture is something you worry about maybe this isn't a plate for you. As for my pasta with Italian sausage and peas it was delicious and definitely enough for me to share with my friend. The drinks were made right in front of us at the bar and he was always talking to us, which was great. We got to know him and the drinks and I can say I'm definitely going back even just to have one drink!! Overall the experience was more than pleasant and very much worth the money!!!

::If you EVER need a reason to go all the way uptown to Inwood, Beans and Vines is a fabulous reason. The place is very cozy and clean, the food is amazing amazing and our server was super efficient and friendly. We also met a guy called Edison, who was either the manager or owner and he was very nice. Thumbs up for this uptown gem,,
