  Glass Doctor repaired a sagged bow window, installed a new French Door, and replaced several windows in my home. Every part of the process went smoothly, from the up-front and clear communication about estimates and timelines, to scheduling the 2-day job and following through on finishing touches and questions after the job was done. I would not hesitate to call Glass Doctor of Ramsey back for our next window job!

  As we were leaving the house one morning, our very excitable 70lb lab broke a kitchen window scrambling to get at us. Thankfully, it didn't shatter or injure her, but the pane needed to be replaced immediately - to keep out the cold and because one more bump would have finished it. A representative from The Glass Doctor called me not 30 seconds after filling out a quote request online, and the gentleman who came to the house, Jerry, arrived right away. He did a great job, explained what he was doing, and was just a really nice guy. We will absolutely work with the Glass Doctor again in the future.

  You can always expect great service and wonderful installation from The Glass Doctor in Ramsey. They are helpful, concerned and always try to accommodate your needs. I have used them to replace one window for a customer AND a whole house window replacement for my in-laws. Will use again! Highly recommend!
