  The staff and waiting room are both great I took my car to get serviced but it took a little long for my liking (about 1 hour and twenty minutes) when I was the only person in the waiting room. That plus the fact that a leaf got caught in my fan and made a loud noise and had to bring the car back two days later is why I gave 4 stars

  I’ve been here 3 times and the service has always been top notch. I never have to wait in line and every employee I interact with is always extremely courteous and friendly. Rich, Steven, and MaryAnn have always been great.

  Greeted me promptly, took the car at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Great service at a fair and reasonable price. No hard sale for stuff you don't need.

  Service manager should be working on the assembly line.aybe he might appreciate what work is about. He never leaves messages and he cares less.if you purchase a vehicle or not. Never gets up to greet you or make you feel welcomed. Basically, he's an ass wearing a tie. I would not have marked a star but you have to put at least one.
