  i work for a local toyota dealer ,in the service dept.have had numerous repairs done by this company,incredibly professional and true to their word,manager jeremy one of the best,i recommend this facility whole heartedly.

  This team was flawless. LeAnn in office was beyond helpful. I broke a back windshield and the temperature was dropping that day. Dan the technician came out same day and worked in the cold to help me. Did a wonderful job. I appreciate all you did for me. Thank you.

  Professional installation of broken windshield except that the apprentice ripped the rubber around the driver's door by mistake. Nothing was said, and when I got in to drive away, I noticed the damage. I asked for a little urethane to patch it up but the technicians had left and the office manager took photos saying, maybe replacement rubber needs to be ordered. Supposedly they would call me but never did. When I managed to contact the manager, Jeremy, he denied that his workers had done any damage. The insurance assessor pleaded with Jeremy to make it right, but he refused. My advice: double check for any damage before this company works on your car, and watch them do the work so they cannot deny it if they do damage something.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!!! I had a crack in my front windshield after a storm and through my insurance company I contacted Glass America to repair the window. After several reschedule appointments due to the winter weather--- Glass America came to replace the shield on a Saturday morning. After removing the old shield glass and replacing with a new shield-THE TECH CRACKED MY NEW shield that was placed on my car. He assured me that the small crack could be repaired and that he would return the following weekend to repair it. After letting the car sit for an hour--per the technician's suggestion I proceed to drive my vehicle. The crack started to expand--at which point the vehicle had to be parked indefinitely. The technician assured me that this "never happens" and that he would return the following Saturday to replace the glass. FOUR WEEKS LATER...after several attempts on my end to have the crack repaired Glass America scheduled an appointment on 3/2 to repair the wind shield. I scheduled my appointment for 12:30p when I would be home. When I arrived to my residence I was surprised to see that the window had been worked on--WITHOUT ME BEING PRESENCE as I had requested. Not only had Glass America ILLEGALLY entered my vehicle--they damaged the seal around my wind shield and left a copious mount of snow inside my UNLOCKED vehicle which is parked on the street. They have now scheduled YET ANOTHER appointment to come fix the seal--to which they also claimed this type of damage "never happens". IT HAS NOW BEEN 6 WEEKS and my vehicle is still not repaired. This is the absolute worst glass repair business in the area. They refuse to acknowledge the inconvenience they have caused & every time I call to speak to the manager they are conveniently not available.
