  MANAGERS SHOULD NOT GIVE POLITE CUSTOMERS AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE DIDNT PHYSICALLY CONFIRM THAT THEY HAD THE PART I NEEDED. I called for parts,was told they had them and would hold them for me. They are supposed to confirm that they do indeed have them and PHYSICALLY set them aside for you while on the phone. I arrived and the manager said they only had one of what I needed...I was very polite and told him to take his time while he looked again....I wasn't in a rush.He said again that they didn't have the other part,he said new Windsor had them and I politely asked him to call and double check that they would 100% set them aside...the manager gave me an attitude,yelled at the guy on the other end because he was yelling at him,slammed the phone down,told me they had the part and to go there and stormed away without even telling me if they set them aside. GO TO ADVANCED AUTO INSTEAD SO AUTOZONE DOESNT HAVE YOU DRIVING FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION AND THEN GIVE YOU AN ATTITUDE FOR THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCE...THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE. AUTO ZONE IS ALWAYS A JOKE

  Decent store but stay on your toes. People like to cut you in line here.
