  Bought my bike online and had it delivered/assembled here a year ago. Very quick, professional, and friendly staff. They are very helpful whenever I call with questions. The bikes are high quality and I am glad that they're just Giant once again.

  Very helpful staff there. I tried out bikes there then ordered online and had my bike delivered since the style I wanted was out of stock. It was assembled very quickly. Most accessories were well priced.

  Ordered the bike only with delivery to Midwest. There was one episode of confusion with bike's price. Beyond that the customer support and communication was great!

  customer service is very good but prices are high. If you purchased your bike from amazon or walmart then try to fix it by yourself because if you ask them to fix it then your bill may go beyond your bike's cost.

  Never bought a bike there neither but I love their repair service! They are nice, fast and for a small price!
