::Ordered the bike only with delivery to Midwest. There was one episode of confusion with bike's price. Beyond that the customer support and communication was great!

::customer service is very good but prices are high. If you purchased your bike from amazon or walmart then try to fix it by yourself because if you ask them to fix it then your bill may go beyond your bike's cost.
