::We have been members for almost 20 yrs and have never experienced any rudeness or had any problems. Employees have always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I sometimes think people are much quicker to post a bad review than a good one, giving a business a skewed rating. So my review is to let others know this is a very well-run business.

::My husband and I used to love this credit union. Everyone was friendly, knew who we were and were always helpful. Over the past two years or more it has really changed. New tellers that are not friendly at all. One told my husband he didn't have an account there! and she didn't apologize once she did find our account. He even called the main branch and complained. They have not trained their new staff customer service. The last straw really is that my husband went in again today and the teller was extremely rude to him. He asked 3 times for change for a $20 as 10, 5 and 5 ones and she gave him a $20 bill and tried to walk off. When he asked for correct change, she acted irritated with him and grudgingly fixed. We are going to change to a new credit union.
